Women make up 65% of the respondents; a slightly lower percentage than last year. Men earned, on average, $78,814 compared to $74,797 for women. The men's advantage of 5% has increased over last year (3.5%). Men's pay increased by 4.2% over '07 while that of women increased 2.5%.
