Size MattersIn organizations with more than a 1,000 employees, individuals have an average annual salary of $66,000 for user assistance development. The next highest paid are those in organizations with 101 to 500 employees. These two groups make up almost half of the respondents. So a good number of us have found the organization size for optimal salary.

However, there is another way to look at this. The larger the team, the higher the likelihood that there are team members with management responsibility. Those folks tend to receive higher pay, as shown in the Management section of this report, and will skew the average of the larger groups. | |||||
