Travel Information
The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport offers many choices for flights from throughout North America and many international cities. Taxis cost approximately $35-$40 depending on traffic. Gray Line offers the Seattle Downtown Airporter service, providing one-way or roundtrip transportation between SeaTac and the Westin Hotel starting at $11. The new Sound Transit Light Rail provides a 37-minute trip every fifteen minutes from the airport to Westlake Center. The fare for light rail is $2.50. The Westin Hotel is three blocks from the Westlake Center stop.
Our Schedule Policy
Sessions for the Conference begin at 9:00am Monday morning and end at 4:45pm Wednesday afternoon. We pride ourselves on providing hot topics and top speakers through to the final adjournment. We don't shortchange the last day. If you are able to arrange to stay for the full event you won't be disappointed!

The WritersUA discounted room rate has expired. The hotel is also close to being sold out completely. Lodgings of similar amenities and with availability in the 150-180 price range are the Hilton, Hotel Max, and The Mayflower. These are all just a short walk from the Westin.
