Arrange your conference fees and hotel reservation in one step and with significant savings. The Conference and Hotel Package provides a further discounted rate on lodging for three nights at The Peabody (Sunday through Tuesday.) All Conference activities are included. Our Conference Schedule Policy
The General Sessions for the WritersUA Conference begin at 9:00am Monday morning and end at 4:30pm Wednesday afternoon. We pride ourselves on providing hot topics and top speakers through to the final adjournment. Unlike many other conferences, we do not shortchange the last day of the event. If you are able to arrange to stay for the full conference, you will not be disappointed!

The twentieth year of the Conference for Software User Assistance takes place in Memphis, Tennessee, at The Peabody Memphis.

Room Reservations
To make your reservation, you can call The Peabody at 1-800-PEABODY or use the Peabody's online registration form for our group. If you call, ask for the WritersUA rate of $159 per night (plus taxes and applicable fees). Our group rate is valid from Thursday, March 8 through Saturday, March 17. It is possible you may find lower rates through online reservation sites.
Your room rates includes wireless internet access in guest rooms, unlimited local phone and 800 number calls, complimentary use of the health club, morning newspaper, overnight shoe shine, and coffee and tea service in the Deli each morning at designated hours.
The conference room rate ends February 10. All rooms, including through the package, must be booked by that date. Rates will be determined by the hotel after that based on availability.
