UA Europe 2010 Conference
Anne Gentle to be Keynote Speaker
 Anne Gentle is the keynote speaker at this year's UA Europe conference , which takes place in Stockholm, Sweden, on September 16th - 17th. This annual event attracts user assistance professionals from more than twenty different countries in Europe and the surrounding areas.
The conference divides into two tracks on the first day, one of which features cases studies focussing on DITA- and XML-based user assistance projects. These include ground-breaking work by Oracle, Mekon, and LogMeIn. The second track covers key user assistance topics such as content strategy, authoring tool selection, and Help for mobile applications.
Throughout the two-day event there are presentations on latest industry trends, technical developments, and best practice in software user assistance. There are also ample opportunities to talk to the leading authoring tool vendors at the exhibition, to network with peers, and to sample the many attractions that central Stockholm has to offer.
